Go to the Real Madrid FC ticket offices, located at Av. Concha Espina 1, 28036 Madrid, Spain. Please arrive there with your reservation, either on your mobile device or printed, and show it to the staff.

- All tickets include a €2 per person handling fee. - Due to various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour may vary its route and schedules, with information provided to visitors at the entrance. - On match days, the Bernabéu Tour will be available up to 5.5 hours before kick-off. From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until the stadium reopens the day after, the tour will include only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed. - The turf has been removed from the pitch. - Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time, as shown on the access ticket. - Please keep your ticket until the end of your visit, as staff may request it at the exit for capacity control purposes. - Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed. - The tour includes numerous stairways, so it is not recommended to bring suitcases or baby strollers. - Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs. - There is no luggage storage service available. - Access staff may request official documentation verifying children’s age (ID card, passport, etc.). If not presented, payment of the price difference to the adult rate may be required.
